Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduled appointment must give at least a 48-72 hour notice. All last minute (day of) cancellations or no shows will be charged 30% of their scheduled service. Communication is necessary; 15 grace period for all appointments, but if you're running past that we might need to reschedule 😥 Accommodation might be possible but don't rely on it! Just keep me in the loop 🥰
